You must cancel your appointment with your stylist or contact the salon within 24 hours of your appointment to receive your deposit back. No call no shows will forfeit the deposit or will be charged 50% of your estimated service total. If you are late the professional may add a late fee, or cancel your appointment which will cost the deposit or up to 50% of the service fee. If emergency cancellation, please contact the salon.
